My research interests are about identification and validation of biomarkers of human disease, including interaction of tumor with its microenvironment. Part of research data published in Journal of Biological Chemistry in 2005 as corresponding author. I then pursued my career in industry setting, with appointment as Lab director from CLIA reference lab to identify biomarker for infertility and develop medical device to test fertility capability, and as senior scientist/group leader to develop vaccine for infection by using HTS approach.

My project in Renal Department is to identify biomarkers for kidney pericyte in vascular homeostasis and regeneration after injury using gene array and ISH approaches, generating specific gene knock in/out mice by using Cre/Flp/C31 recombination system.

I enjoy playing games together with my two sons, and reading books.
