Sidharth Jogani, MD

 

 

Sidharth Jogani graduated from medical school in India with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Mbbs) in 2007 and had been working as a General Physician while preparing for the road to Internal Medicine Residency in the US. He joined the Duffield Lab in July 2009 as an Observer/Assistant to gain experience in Basic Lab Research. During his time with the lab, he learned various procedures and protocols and under guidance worked on ongoing projects which include:

 

The role of Fcg receptors in monocyte and macrophage regulation in Vivo

Role of microRNA 21 in renal fibrosis and it’s potential as a therapeutic target

 

As of July 2010, Siddharth became a part of the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY as a Resident in Internal Medicine.
